Valentine's day 2007

Today is a special day. I shall tell a special story about this guy call xiao xin.

Xiao xin is 24 this year. He is born in the year of pig and this year is the year of pig. Some says those born in the year of pig Fan Tai Shui this year. What says you?

Anyway, xiao xin has 2 girlfriends before. And Valentine's day happens to occur when he is attached. I mean his "attachment" for the past relationships were all around half a year duration. V day just happens to fall during this period.

Now, his first girlfriend is call Alice. They were secondary school classmates. Initially, xiao xin finds Alice quite irritating. She is always bullying him. But he has a big heart, always being forgiving and helping her in her work. Finally after O levels, she realised how wonderful he is and fell in love with him. All right I know there will be people who disagree, so let me make it this way. Both have feelings for each other. Happy?

On the V day of 2000, (yes 7 years back), xiao xin was sick. He still dragged himself out of the bed and went to meet Alice. They did not have dinner together. He was quite sick then. Just an exchange of presents and a bit of chatting. Nothing special. Nothing fanciful. Xiao xin regretted. He wanted to say sorry to Alice for not making it a memorable one. And that's the only one they had together.

On a lighter note, xiao xin is glad that they are still very good friends now. He is happy that Alice has found her happiness and he wishes her all the best in her Wonderland.

Yet another V day, this time more recent, in the year 2006. The girl's name is Diana. They met at a common friend's party. They were playing mahjong together. Some says it was love at first sight, but I think it was more of love at first "pong". Now boys and gals, gambling is bad, so please do not think that you are xiao xin: winning money and gals' hearts. You got to have what it takes... I mean the money to play mahjong in the first place. V day was a mixed feeling kind of date for both of them. Trouble has been brewing but luckily the day went quite well. That was the first time xiao xin actually put it so much effort to prepare for V day. Things still went downhill after that. A pity, but the next V day to come will only get better.

He is glad that he don't have to do anything this year because he simply don't have the time for it. And the money as well.

And I am glad that he only has 2 girlfriends, because I am getting tired of typing.
