It was a normal working day, and as usual, I took bus 39 from Yishun to my work place at Pasir Ris. The driver was a very old uncle and seems quite blur. One look at him and I almost feel sorry for him because he has to work even at this age. I hope he is working just to pass time.

He took the wrong route as a matter of fact. Was about to exit from SLE to TPE when, I don't know what he is thinking, he paused the bus for a while and continued on CTE! That is obviously the wrong route. He panicked and continued driving until some kind soul on board gave him the directions to return back to the original route. By then, the damage has been inflicted. 20 minutes longer than the usual duration.

I am not blaming the driver. I feel sorry for him in fact. He is so going to get it from his superiors I am sure. Let's just hope it turn out well for him.

In life, you take the wrong path once a while too. More importantly, you have to get back to the original journey you are suppose to undergo.

It is always nice to think of someone you missed so dearly when you are alone. A lot of us do that I am sure. I do that too.

But I am sure it will be nicer if that person you missed is thinking of you as well.

I am not saying telepathy here. I meant: if you know the person will almost certainly miss you too.

Anyway, it will be a great feeling I am sure. It is a nice feeling.

A lot of times, in our life, we might have taken the wrong bus, took a big round to heaven-knows-where, miss our stops etc. However, this is actually part of the journey for you to get to where you wanted.

I have missed my buses before, took the wrong ones, went a big loop and got back to my starting point few times. But who knows what the next bus will bring? Or rather where this bus will take me to?

It is raining heavily now. Last time, it used to be so emo staring out looking at the droplets of water falling continuously and splashing on the ground. Now, it seems better. I wonder why?

The time has come for me to move on to the next stage of life.

Am I ready? I think not yet.

This weekend is a historic one for Singapore. You know why. At the end of it, these are the standings of the drivers. It is quite an exciting race and I managed to stay with the race for most of the time.

This weekend was also a fun one with some of my nus-turn-colleagues. We went to Brewerkz to chill followed by Mac to calm our nerves after the drinks.

It was the usual talk about work, money, life, men and women. Do not have any photos to upload so too bad.

I am still waiting to buy a new phone, hopefully one with good camera for obvious reason.

Samsung i8510 and Omnia are my choices, though I am contemplating if I should wait for SE's X1 due in Nov. Decisions...

3 months into work and life still goes on...

Just saw the movie Mamma Mia. It was really nice, so please go and watch it.

As you grow older, decisions you make become correspondingly more critical. The impact will be felt, even if you don't like it.

Gone are the days where you can just ignore everything and everything might still come into place perfectly.

Arrival of the moments when every action and words might affect your whole life.

Responsibilities? Commitment?

I find myself no longer able to keep promises I made to myself. Where have the discipline gone to?

I am still optimistic though. Just don't write me off - yet.

Went for my secondary school BBQ yesterday night. This is the group photo I took.



Seriously, when I left the pit yesterday night, I wasn't feeling really good. Yes, it was fun. What I meant was they like to mix all kind of beer, hard liquor and vodka together. I really regret bringing the vodka there.

This morning, I had a hangover.

The night was terrible, keep turning here and there. And I dreamed of work!

What a way to start the weekend.
