An Ending and A New Beginning
Just came back from Malacca. It was definitely much better than the last time I went. It is a bit unfair to compare though. The last time I went was to A'Famosa while this time round, it was the city main - Jonker Walk. And with the TV show Little Nyonya airing, it was quite a good timing to visit Malacca. Can't seem to find a lot of Peranakan food over there, other than the laska. Tried the rice ball and chicken rice. Rice ball was disappointing. The chendol was nice, with the brown sugar on top... yum yum. This trip probably marks an ending and yet a new beginning. I did learn something out of the words you said. Anyway, Xmas is coming and hope everyone enjoy this special day! TOP OF PAGE |
